You will handle inbound inquiries, build rapport across phone, text, and email, and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM, collaborating closely with the sales team to maximize show rates and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous phone, call center, BDC, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales inquiries and follow up with internet leads in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Build rapport with customers over the phone, text, and email.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction.
