You will build rapport via phone, text, and email while maintaining precise customer records in our CRM system.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDC/call center or customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high volume calls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM learning.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales inquiries and follow up with internet leads in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Build rapport with customers over the phone, text, and email.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.
• Partner with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction.
