Job summary

Grapevine Honda, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Service BDC Administrator to support one of the busiest Honda service departments in Texas. You will be the first point of contact for customers scheduling service appointments and inquiries, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.

You will work onsite with Service Advisors and Managers, handling high-volume scheduling, CRM data updates, and appointment reminders while delivering excellent customer service and helping

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, or dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound service inquiries via phone, text, email, and online platforms.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in dealership CRM systems.
• Assist with managing service appointment flow and technician capacity.
• Partner with Service Advisors and Managers to support customer retention.
