Job summary

Honda of Frontenac is seeking a Business Development Agent for its Service Department. You will be the first point of contact, owning the phone and appointment experience to ensure every customer is scheduled, followed up with, and taken care of.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills — you're comfortable on the phone all day.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple calls and appointments at once.
• Prior customer service or dealership service department experience preferred.
• Comfortable learning new software; DMS experience a plus.
• A positive, customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to service inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments in our dealership management software.
• Follow up after service visits to check satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to match customer needs with shop capacity.
• Log customer interactions accurately and pull reports as needed.
• Recommend relevant service packages when they genuinely fit the customer's needs.
