Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for guests.
• Coordinate loaner vehicles and communicate loaner agreements.
• Outbound calls to schedule vehicle service.
• Follow up on customer visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns or escalate as needed.
• Coordinate questions with appropriate department personnel.
• Provide courteous electronic and phone customer service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Work a varied schedule including opening and closing shifts; one Saturday per month.
