You will schedule appointments for the sales team, follow up on leads using CRM tools, and maintain accurate records to support a high-quality customer experience. This role emphasizes timely communication, organization, and teamwork within a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of BDC/call center or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities
