Autobahn Motors, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is hiring a Service BDC Agent to generate service appointments and deliver premium customer experiences via the internet. The role uses CRM tools, lead management and product knowledge to manage inquiries and track customer interest, with full training provided.

The position emphasizes courteous communication, accuracy, and ethical dealings as you support dealership goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BDC experience at an automotive dealership.
• Experience in a high-volume call center or commission-driven role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
• Goal-driven to meet and exceed appointment goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM promptly and accurately.
• Generate service appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
