Job summary

The role requires prior high-volume call center or commission-based experience, excellent phone interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume call center or commission-based role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
• Goal-driven to meet appointment goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Authorized to work in USA.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test) including valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM promptly and accurately.
• Generate services appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Utilize lead management tools effectively.
• Compile all necessary reports and other documentation on time.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and maintain high customer satisfaction.
