• Build value in recommended maintenance and dealership services.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors for a smooth customer experience.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain consistent communication from first contact to appointment.
