Qualifications

• Promptly and accurately enter customer data into the CRM.
• Comfortable with a high volume of inbound/outbound calls daily.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls to book appointments.
• Coordinate and confirm schedules with service advisors and appointments.
• Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately; identify customer needs.
