Job summary

Sunwise Automotive Group is seeking a Service BDC Agent to drive service appointments through outbound and inbound calls. The role requires strong data entry in the CRM, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to promptly and accurately enter customer data into the CRM.
• Automotive experience a plus
• Must be comfortable with high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
• Strong computer and internet skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be coachable and able to follow specific word tracks
• Customer service, time management, and the ability to multitask are required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, positive team player
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls to book appointments
• Receive inbound calls and coordinate and confirm schedules of service advisors and service appointments
• Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
• Identify customer needs or concerns accurately
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership’s standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
• Provides administrative assistance as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
