Job summary

Grappone Automotive Group is seeking a dependable Ford Service Appointment Coordinator to join our Concord-area team. The role blends appointment scheduling, guest outreach, and business development to grow both in-shop and mobile service, building lasting relationships with guests and fleet customers.

You will schedule, confirm, and coordinate service visits, while proactively contacting guests about upcoming maintenance and recalls.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or business development is a plus.
Ability to initiate conversations confidently and build guest relationships.
Strong organization and reliable follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm in-shop and mobile service appointments.
Proactively contact guests about maintenance, recalls, and recommended services.
Reconnect with guests to encourage repeat visits and services.
Follow up on inquiries, missed appointments, and declined work.
Introduce guests to mobile service and its convenience.
Build relationships with local businesses and fleet customers for service opportunities.
Turn inquiries and outreach into scheduled appointments.
Track outreach, follow-up, and appointments to support team goals.
Coordinate with the service team to match bookings with availability.
Provide clear, helpful communication and prioritize guest satisfaction.
