You will schedule, confirm, and coordinate service visits, while proactively contacting guests about upcoming maintenance and recalls.

We're looking for an outgoing, dependable Ford Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team! This role combines appointment scheduling, guest outreach, and business development to grow our in-shop and mobile service business. You'll build relationships with guests, identify service opportunities, and make it easy for them to schedule the care their vehicles need.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm in-shop and mobile service appointments
• Proactively contact guests about upcoming maintenance, outstanding recalls, and recommended services
• Reconnect with guests who have not visited recently and encourage them to return for service
• Follow up on service inquiries, missed appointments, and previously declined work
• Introduce guests to mobile service and explain its convenience and available services
• Build relationships with local businesses and fleet customers to identify service opportunities
• Turn guest inquiries and outreach conversations into scheduled appointments
• Track outreach, follow-up activity, and appointments to support team goals
• Coordinate with the service team to match appointments with shop and mobile service availability
• Provide clear, helpful communication and make guest satisfaction a top priority
