Job description

We're looking for an outgoing, dependable Honda Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team! This role combines appointment scheduling, guest outreach, and business development to grow our business. You'll build relationships with guests, identify service opportunities, and make it easy for them to schedule the care for their vehicle needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Proactively contact guests about upcoming maintenance, outstanding recalls, and recommended services
• Reconnect with guests who have not visited recently and encourage them to return for service
• Follow up on service inquiries, missed appointments, and previously declined work
• Introduce guests to Grappone Honda service and explain its convenience and available services
• Build relationships and identify service opportunities
• Turn guest inquiries and outreach conversations into scheduled appointments
• Track outreach, follow-up activity, and appointments to support team goals
• Coordinate with the service team to match appointments with shop availabilityProvide clear, helpful communication and make guest satisfaction a top priority
• Greet and write guests up coming in for service
• Other Duties as assigned

Hours are: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm, with a two-week rotation, working every other Saturday.
