Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Place outgoing calls to schedule service needs and coordinate mobile service visits; arrange pick-up/delivery events; confirm appointments.
• Verify presence of extended warranties, maintenance plans, Ford & Lincoln Rewards.
• Introduce customers to service and parts personnel, and communicate shop location and hours.
