400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team of customer-focused professionals within a high-volume, process-driven dealership environment.

You will handle all incoming service calls and emails for service appointments, advise on maintenance, input vehicle and customer data, and schedule appointments while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires multitasking across systems and a proactive approach to improve scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering an exceptional customer experience in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to multi-task across computer programs while maintaining rapport with customers on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming service calls and emails for service appointments.
• Advise and promote recommended scheduled maintenance.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Input and maintain vehicle/customer information in the system.
• Complete outbound reminder calls and emails to schedule appointments.
• Identify and escalate customer concerns with management using our process.
