Job summary

Lexus of Colorado Springs is seeking a Business Development Center Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and ensure excellent customer engagement. You will log all interactions in the CRM, support campaigns, and coordinate with service staff to optimize the customer experience.

The role emphasizes professional communication, timely follow-ups, and driving service efficiency within a full-time schedule on weekdays.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments and provide updates on vehicle repairs.
Engage customers professionally and courteously, resolving inquiries promptly while maintaining a helpful attitude.
Schedule appointments to maximize shop efficiency and confirm bookings.
Log communications and transactions into the CRM, generate reports, and monitor trends for service improvement.
Support promotional campaigns by contacting customers about offers or recalls, ensuring timely follow-up.
Act as a liaison between customer and service department for smooth communication with advisors and technicians.
Follow up with customers after service to gather feedback and build loyalty.
