Job summary

HGreg is seeking a Service Business Development Representative to support service operations and grow customer loyalty. The role focuses on following up with customers, scheduling service appointments, and rescheduling missed visits while maintaining accurate records.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to internet leads via phone, text, or email, coordinate with service advisors, and ensure timely reminders.

Responsibilities

• Aide in the achievement of customer satisfaction goals through service follow up calls
• Be a proactive problem solver and resolve customer concerns during inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Coordinate service appointments accordingly with service advisors and vendors
• Respond to internet service leads via phone call, text, or email.
• Outbound phone calls consist of appointment confirmations, reschedule no show appointments, service reminders
• Answer all phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Call and schedule appointments for special order parts
• Schedule next service appointment for customer
• Update customer information on file as necessary
