Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read and interpret documents, follow procedures, and work with the public.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain service appointments for the service department.
• Answer guest questions and provide pricing, timeframes, and availability of parts.
• Make outbound calls for reminders and recalls.
• Process contracts for loan cars and other arrangements.
• Utilize dealership software to input and retrieve information.
• Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace.
• Handle guest concerns with integrity and escalate when needed.
