Job summary

Longo Toyota of Prosper, part of Penske Motor Group, is seeking a Service Consultant to join our Prosper, Texas team on-site. The role acts as liaison between guests and technicians, communicating service needs, presenting a service menu, and providing accurate written estimates.

You will manage the service flow from arrival to return and uphold high guest satisfaction and professional standards. This full-time position requires weekend availability and on-site presence at our Prosper location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of automotive diagnostic experience.
• Associates degree desired.
• Must read and interpret English-language documents and have good math skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promotes service sales by communicating maintenance and repair needs to guests.
• Manage vehicle service repair process from arrival to return.
• Provide cost estimates for labor, parts, and accessories.
• Write repair orders clearly and accurately.
• Maintain communication with guests and parts/technical staff about status.
