Toyota of Tacoma is hiring a Cashier / Appointment Coordinator to support our busy service department. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced environment.

No automotive experience is required—we will train the right person. You will greet customers, process service checkout, handle payments, schedule appointments by phone and in person, and assist with light administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic mathematical aptitude.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to independently problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process service checkout
• Handle cash, card, and payment transactions accurately
• Schedule service appointments by phone and in person
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers
• Help keep the service drive organized and running smoothly
