Job summary

Longo Toyota of Prosper in Prosper, TX is seeking a Service Consultant to act as liaison between guests and technicians, communicating and writing service repair orders. The role requires a customer‑focused, positive team player with excellent communication skills in person, online, and over the phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years automotive diagnostic experience.
• Associates degree preferred for advanced knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between guests and technicians and write repair orders.
• Communicate service needs and estimates to guests verbally and in writing.
• Present a service menu and provide labor/parts estimates.
• Promote service sales and maintain accurate repair orders.
• Maintain organized workspace and professional appearance; support weekend schedules.
