Responsibilities

• Answers incoming Service Department calls and records initial caller information.
• Communicate professionally and friendly with callers and visitors.
• Ask essential questions to determine customer needs.
• Obtain and update basic vehicle information during each call.
• Schedule service appointments and relay details to customers.
• Relay messages promptly to the appropriate parties.
• Assist service customers during peak morning and evening rushes.
• Assist with general clerical duties.
• Maintain professional appearance and high professionalism.
• Make outbound calls to sell service appointments.
• Other duties may be assigned.
