Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC, North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group, is hiring a Service Advisor. You will greet customers, coordinate repair requests, estimate repair costs, and assist with warranty documentation and repair orders.

You will input data, track shop status, and ensure timely service while maintaining a clean shop environment. The role emphasizes customer relations, accuracy, and teamwork with the Service Manager and Shop Foremen.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field.
• Computer experience (preferred).
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Good leadership abilities.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers openly and friendly and coordinate repair requests.
• Estimate cost of repairs within set guidelines.
• Assist Service Manager with clerical duties for warranty, settlements, and repair orders.
• Input repair order information to data processing system and close repair orders.
• Maintain shop tool and supply status.
• Inform Service Manager of customer complaints for timely action.
• Advise customers of needed service work and potential additional labor/parts.
• Participate in training to stay current on technical and warranty issues.
• Help maintain a clean shop and office area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
