Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth) is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, coordinate repair requests, and estimate repair costs within guidelines. You will support the Service Manager with warranty documentation and repair order filing while coordinating with Foremen for proper shop scheduling and ensuring timely service.

The role requires strong customer relations, excellent communication, a positive attitude, and at least 4 years in a related field; CDL is preferred and computer

• CDL preferred and related field experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the field.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and coordinate repair requests with urgency and courtesy.
• Estimate cost of repairs within set guidelines.
• Assist Service Manager with warranty documentation and repair orders.
• Coordinate repair orders with Service Manager and Shop Foremen for scheduling.
• Maintain shop organization and administer tools and supplies.
• Advise customers on needed service and potential additional work.
