The role ensures customers are greeted openly and friendly; coordinates repair requests; estimates repair costs; assists the Service Manager with clerical duties for warranty and repair orders. The position emphasizes coordination with Shop Foremen, maintaining documentation, and driving timely service.

Qualifikationen

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in related field.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Good leadership abilities.
• Positive can-do attitude.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate customer repair orders with Service Manager and Shop Foremen for task assignment.
• Ensure customers receive expedient service by understanding repair requests.
• Work with Service Manager to resolve disputes and warranty actions.
• Complete documentation for sale of labor (customer, internal, and warranty).
• Input repair orders into data processing system and close orders.
• Maintain shop tools and supplies.
• Inform the Service Manager of customer complaints for resolution.
• Advise customers on needed service work and potential additional labor, parts, and body shop work.
• Participate in training to stay current on technical and warranty issues.
• Maintain a clean shop and office area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
