• Ensure expedient service by understanding repair requests and communicating with customers.
• Assist Service Manager with warranty documentation and repair order filing.
• Input repair order information into data processing system and close orders.
• Maintain shop tools and supplies; inform Manager of customer complaints for timely resolution.
