Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth) is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, coordinate repair requests, and estimate repair costs. You will support the Service Manager with warranty documentation, repair order filing, and scheduling with foremen.

The role requires strong customer relations, excellent communication, leadership, and a proactive attitude to identify additional service opportunities and ensure timely shop actions.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in related field.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Good leadership abilities.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and coordinate repair requests.
• Estimate repair costs within guidelines and prepare job orders.
• Assist Service Manager with warranty documentation and filing.
• Coordinate repair orders with Service Manager and Shop Foremen.
• Advise customers on recommended service work and additional labor or parts.
