Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group. We are growing and seeking a Service Advisor in Cheyenne, WY to greet customers, coordinate repair requests, and estimate costs within guidelines.

You will work with the Service Manager and Shop Foremen to schedule tasks, ensure timely service, and help with warranty paperwork while maintaining a clean shop and office area.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in related field.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Good leadership abilities.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer repair orders with Service Manager and Shop Foremen for task assignment.
• Ensure customers receive the most expedient service through understanding repair requests.
• Input repair order information to data processing system and close repair orders.
• Assist Service Manager with warranty documentation and repair order filing.
• Maintain shop tool and supply requirements and keep the shop area clean.
