Priority Chevrolet Chesapeake is seeking a Service Advisor for their Main Shop to greet customers, document needs, and guide them through the service process. You will recommend maintenance per inspections and communicate timelines and costs clearly.

With a focus on CSI and teamwork, you will coordinate with technicians, update customers on repairs, and strive for complete satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume service department.
• Experience using dealership management systems and service software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the service process
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate repair updates, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction
• Maintain strong CSI performance and help drive service department growth
