Job summary

Biggers Chevrolet is seeking a Service Advisor to help guide customers through the vehicle repair experience at our locally-owned dealership. You will partner with customers throughout the service journey, provide maintenance recommendations, and present timely estimates.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales skills, and effective communication on-site, with opportunities for growth within a small, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday.
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.
• Quality customer service skills and sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone.
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
• Persistent, competitive and good work ethic.
• Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
• GM or Mazda Experience a Plus
• Reynolds Experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customer as they arrive on the service lane.
• Perform walk around inspection.
• Provide customer with maintenance needs based on menu and inspection.
• Provide estimate on completion times and prices.
• Keep customer updated of repair progress.
• Perform redelivery upon vehicle completion.
