• Communicates with customers to determine the nature of mechanical problems.
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Serves as liaison with technicians and communicates needs clearly.
• Breaks down estimates into labor and parts before work begins.
• Quality-checks completed jobs.
