Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and completion of pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
