Job summary

Asbury is seeking a Service Advisor in Plano, TX to be the face of service for customers and to promote maintenance services in alignment with manufacturer schedules. You will build rapport, estimate repairs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate timing and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, phone and computer skills, and adherence to warranty guidelines to maintain CSI performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturer specs
• Generate complete and accurate repair estimates
• Establish and communicate repair completion times with customers and technicians
• Answer incoming service calls and schedule service appointments
• Follow warranty guidelines and maintain CSI targets
• Comply with all laws and company policy regarding customer and vehicle information
