Job summary

Asbury is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the dealership for service customers. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, promote services and present accurate repair estimates with professionalism.

This role emphasizes building rapport to boost satisfaction and retention. You will advise on maintenance per manufacturer specs, schedule appointments, and communicate repair timelines to customers and technicians while ensuring CSI targets and compliance with warranty

Qualifications

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Advise customers on care per manufacturer specifications and build rapport.
• Generate accurate repair estimates and communicate completion times.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).
• Minimum age of 18 and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
