Responsibilities

• Greet customers, obtain vehicle information.
• Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and provide complete repair estimates.
• Establish and communicate repair completion times.
• Answer incoming service calls.
• Maintain and schedule service appointments.
• Follow up to increase return visits and CSI.
• Follow manufacturer warranty guidelines.
• Comply with laws and protect information.
• Manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong customer service, phone and computer skills.
