Job summary

Asbury is seeking a Service Advisor in Jacksonville, FL to be the face of our service department. You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, and present repair estimates while promoting maintenance aligned with manufacturer specifications.

The role emphasizes building rapport, driving service sales, and maintaining CSI with honest customer interactions. Responsibilities include scheduling, answering calls, and ensuring timely communication between customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Promote and build rapport with customers.
• Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications.
• Generate complete and accurate repair estimates.
• Communicate repair completion times with customers and technicians.
• Answer service calls and maintain service appointments.
• Follow up to encourage repeat visits and CSI improvements.
• Comply with warranty guidelines and protect customer and company information.
