AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and service technicians. You’ll explain recommendations in plain language, suggest maintenance options, and drive loyalty by delivering an exceptional service experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn technology-driven processes. On-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments for a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive.
• Determine vehicle needs based on customer information, walk-arounds and test drives.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates with full transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion.
