AutoNation, one of the nation's largest automotive retailers, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our state-of-the-art service departments. You will bridge between technicians and customers, explain maintenance recommendations in clear terms, and identify up-sell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and performing at their best.

You will schedule appointments, help meet sales and satisfaction goals, greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and produce transparent repair orders while coordinating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals.

• Valid in-state driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prepare appointments for customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs.
• Explain service recommendations in clear terms and upsell where appropriate.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion of work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
