Job summary

AutoNation's service department seeks a Service Advisor to bridge technicians and customers, ensuring smooth service experiences. You will explain recommendations, upsell appropriate services, and maintain strong customer relationships across a high-volume service lane.

Candidates should have a focus on exceptional service, goal achievement, and strong communication. A valid Florida driver's license and a clean record are required; full-time roles with comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments to ensure a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and CSI targets.
• Greet customers and assess vehicle needs via walk-arounds and test drives.
• Explain technicians' recommendations in clear language and upsell services.
• Produce repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers to inform and ensure satisfaction.
