AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor in Florida to bridge the gap between service technicians and customers. You will set appointments, explain technician recommendations in simple terms, and identify upsell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and well-maintained.

Expect to meet sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will work in our state-of-the-art service lanes, coordinating with teams to ensure timely, transparent estimates and repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive.
• Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and walk-arounds.
• Use a consultative selling process for maintenance planning.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts for timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
• Provide superior product knowledge to assist customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
