Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to join our nationwide service team and act as the liaison between technicians and customers. You will explain recommendations in clear terms and identify upsell opportunities to keep vehicles safe on the road.

Position focuses on booking appointments, meeting sales and service targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. A high school diploma and a clean driving record are required, with strong communication and tech comfort a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments to ensure a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs during walk-arounds and test drives.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates and full transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff for timely completion of work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
