Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer experience skills.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and comfort using technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and the targeted customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner upon arrival.
• Determine vehicle needs based on information and a vehicle walk-around, inspections and test drives.
• Use a consultative selling process to plan for ongoing maintenance.
• Produce repair orders for customers with cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion of work.
• Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and their preferred communication method.
