AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge service technicians and customers, explaining repairs in clear terms and identifying up-sell opportunities. You’ll manage appointments, greet customers, and explain vehicle needs based on inspections and test drives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and use technology.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals & the targeted CSI.
• Greet customers on arrival and establish needs.
• Determine vehicle needs via walk-around, inspections and test drives.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff for timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
