AutoNation is looking for a Service Advisor to bridge the gap between customers and our service technicians. You’ll explain recommendations to customers in clear language and identify up-sell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and performing well.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional customer experience skills are essential.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prepare for appointments to ensure a positive service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction scores.
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assess vehicle needs via information gathering, walk-arounds, inspections and test drives.
• Use consultative selling to plan for ongoing maintenance.
• Prepare repair orders with cost and time estimates with transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work completion.
• Follow up with customers about status and satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge to better assist customers.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
