Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows; demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL required, or ability to obtain.
• Priority setting skills

• Dependable and reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Process shop repair orders by scheduling and assigning work to shop associates.
• Document and diagnose necessary repairs with photographs.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies for authorization and documentation.
• Monitor job schedules to ensure timely repairs and accurate pricing.
• Complete invoicing and collections procedures promptly.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to create positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business.
