Job summary

JX Enterprises is hiring a Service Advisor in Bloomington, Illinois. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate repair orders, and liaise with customers and insurance providers to secure approvals and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in an automotive repair setting, with solid computer skills and a valid driver’s license. CDL is preferred or obtainable. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience.
• Intermediate computer skills in Windows; experience with computerized business systems.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Process shop repair orders by scheduling and assigning work to shop staff.
• Document and diagnose repairs; take photos.
• Communicate with customers and insurers to obtain authorization and documentation.
• Monitor schedules to ensure timely repairs and accurate pricing.
• Complete invoicing and collections in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team to deliver positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
