Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. in Madison, WI, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate repairs, and support busy shop operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers full-time hours with rotating shifts and a competitive compensation package. A strong customer service mindset, basic Windows skills, and a valid driver's license (CDL preferred) are valued as you help customers and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of related automotive repair facility or heavy‑duty truck experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows. Must possess demonstrated skills in computer‑generated business systems.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL required, or ability to obtain.

• Dependable and reliable attendance required.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand and walk; lift and carry up to 20 pounds; simple grasp, firm grasp and fine manipulation; work near moving mechanical equipment; use a variety of air tools and basic hand tools; use safety glasses, gloves, and shoes; talk or hear.

Responsibilities

• Process all shop repair orders by scheduling & assigning work to shop Associates.
• Document and diagnose necessary repairs by taking photographs.
• Work closely with communication with customers and insurance companies to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to repair work.
• Monitor job schedules to ensure timeliness of repairs and job pricing.
• Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business
