Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL, is hiring a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate repair work in a fast-paced environment.

You will schedule shop repairs, document and diagnose necessary repairs, communicate with customers and insurers, manage job timelines, and assist with invoicing while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows; demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL required, or ability to obtain.
• Priority setting skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Technical skills/knowledge.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
• Physical ability to stand and walk; lift up to 20 pounds; use basic hand tools; wear safety glasses, gloves, and shoes.
• Mindset: entrepreneurial pioneering spirit and commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.

The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Process all shop repair orders by scheduling & assigning work to shop Associates.
