Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Shop Foreman in Bloomington, IL to lead our local service team and ensure exceptional vehicle repairs and customer service. The role requires 5+ years in a similar role with mechanical knowledge and a valid driver's license; CDL preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; trade school training preferred; 5+ years in a similar role.
• Mechanical and refinishing knowledge required.
• Valid driver's license; CDL required or ability to obtain.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a pioneering spirit and commitment to professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the local shop team to deliver high-quality repairs.
• Supervise technicians; perform preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Fill in for Service Advisor as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relations with clear repair communications and timely updates.
• Share knowledge to mentor and develop technicians.
• Diagnose vehicle problems accurately and determine effective repair methods.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster positive customer experiences.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support business.
